VisualHostKey vs. RekeyLimit vs. VerifyHostKeyDNS
...Debian jessie and
wheezy-backports.
I like VisualHostKey, although it may not add any protection (other than
not trusting ones own known_hosts file?), I've become accustomed to it
as it seems that extra neurons fire when I log into a host and get a
visual cue of what looks like a strawberry or jester hat and suddenly a
catalog of frequent commands relevant to the particular host surface in
mind ;-)
I have two configuration problems that make VisualHostKey less usable.

Seems to be a mismatch between the Net-SNMP package and your current compiler:

user's profile not deleted
Hi,
I would like to ask, will the roaming profile directory in C:\Documents and
Settings\username, will be deleted once the user logs out? Mine isn't. I'm
worried that, for a thousand users, one workstation would have a thousand
directories? I believe those are not local profiles, since it is saved into
the server every time the user logs out.

Samba-2.2.5pre1 - all binaries require libldap with --with-ldapsam
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Hi,
While preparing packaging of te upcoming samba-2.2.5, we are looking at
having samba packages with and without ldap enabled, however, we would
like to try and minimize the duplication. But, it seems that most (all?)
binaries resulting from a --with-ldapsam build en up linking to libldap.
Are there really good reasons for nmblookup, smbcacls,

Newbie questions
Hi Folks,
I am a relatively inexperienced Solaris system admin. We have Samba
version 1.9.15p8 running on our server currently. I assume that it
would be worthwhile for me to upgrade to 2.0. However, I only
generally know about how to keep Samba running, and very little about
installation since someone else installed it. Unfortunately, I can't

puppet agent errors for non included module.
Does anyone know why i would get a module error for my ''base'' module that
I''m not even including for a node? I''m explicitly NOT include the ''base'',
yet puppet-client-t2 still errors when i pull it in. Snips from both are
below. Any ideas why this would happen?
Thanks,

weighting (survey) data
Hi,
is there a function in R equivalent to the "weight by"-command in SPSS?
I'm working with survey datasets and the data need to be weighted by a
survey/ probability/ design weight (to compensate for different
probabilities to be included in the sample in each country). The
weight variables are included in the datasets.
I did find functions in the Hmisc and survey packages that

sieve fileinto rule (pigeonhole)
Hello,
i discovered that when a sieve rule "fileinto drawer;" tries to deliver
a mail into a non existent drawer, the drawer gets created.
This is neat, but is there also a way to automatically subcribe to the
created folder ?

managesieve und virtual plugin error v2.0

i have a problem with the managesieve plugin and a virtual namespace in
v2.0.
The managesieve plugin complains about an unknown storage driver virtual
when i try to log intot the managesieve. I don't know if this is quite a
recent problem or if it exists for a while, as i configured the
virtual namspace from scratch. (The virtual namespace itself is working.)
