ls : not UTF-8 compliant?
Sorry bugging you for this simple command. ls command displays question marks for the local characters (ones not included in 8859-1 space) in filenames. ie. [root at server aa]# touch ?arp [root at server aa]# ls ??arp [root at server aa]# ls -b #for octal escapes \303\247arp [root at server aa]# However, ls|less, ls|more or vi <directory name> all display filename

...e seen system() does not handle manual options (?). Is there thus a way to use these C programs anyway through R (i.e. without touching the C programs and fixing the problem in R)? Hi, I`m trying to use Chanspy for a customer that wants to listen to his employees so he can train them better (or so he claims). In any case, it looks simple but there is something I`m not doing right. Makevars

[Assassin's Creed]Transparant ground in Kingdoms
Hi, There is a problem with this game since many versions of wine. The game runs completly without problem but there is a graphical bug when the character is in the Kingdoms. In the 4 city : Damas, Jerusalem, Acre and Masyaf, there isn't this problem, the ground is visible correctly.
