iSCSI / GFS shared web server file system
We currently have a MD3000i with an iSCSI LUN shared out to our apache web
server. We are going to add another apache web server into the mix using
LVS to load balance, however, I am curious how well iSCSI handles file
locking and data integrity. I have the iSCSI partition formatted as ext3.
Is my setup totally flawed and will ext3 not allow for data integrity with
multiple apache hosts

MySQL max clustering package?
Can anyone tell me what the scoop is on this? I read that CentOS was
releasing the enterprise/cluster capable MySQL in the CentOS-Plus repo's
but I don't see it there. I don't want to use the mysql.com packages (if
they are even available -- didn't they stop supplying the binaries for this
to the public)?

CentOS 5.5 - VMware Fencing in Cluster
I'm trying to use the newly integrated fence_vmware script within luci.
I add it as a shared device and assume it is setup right (it is added as
a device but it doesn't seem to do any connection test). When I try and
add my shared fencing device as the primary device to a node it says it
is updating the node configuration but then doesn't actually add the
fence in the node's

Using PCNM() in Vegan and calculating Moran's I
Hello-
I am using the vegan package PCMN() because I need to use option of row
weights (I am using CCA following the selection of the significant/positive
PCNM variables). In the library PCNM (PCNM function), the Moran's I is
calculated for you as part of the function. I see that I need to calculate
Moran's I separately in order to retain the eigenfunctions with positive
spatial
