Hey, When I use date select in rails it gives me this really weird string. How can I make a date selector in my view that the gives me a value that can be used straight in a find query. I end up with an sql error when I use date_select in my view. Any advice? Thanks. For me to keep my application DRY i need to be able to have partials that can be accessed from two views. How is would I go about doing this? (called from /Users/Zack/.gem/ruby/1.8/gems/rails-2.3.8/lib/tasks/rails.rb:10) I tried moving the different plugins task rake files to lib/tasks and i got no error but the database did not migrate.
