FreeBSD 10-CURRENT and 9-STABLE snapshots
Hi,
A number of FreeBSD users have displayed interest in the availability
and testing of -STABLE and -CURRENT snapshot releases.
I have been working on generating snapshots regularly, and now would
like to announce their availability for those interested in testing.
Please note, as always with the -STABLE and -CURRENT branches, these
snapshots are not intended for production systems.

9.2-PRE: switch off that stupid "Nakatomi Socrates"
Hello,
I'd like to switch off this silly "Nakatomi Socrates" message which
reminds me on Linux and their childish naming schemes.
It is only cosmetics, but it bothers me whenever I switch on the laptop.
I guess there is a switch already prsent to have in the bootloader
config?

kldload uhci lockup
I observed that following could cause
machine lockup since at least 8-CURRENT.
Now I'm on 9-STABLE

Can anyone confirm? Please
test few different iterations, as
it's probably not easily reproducible.
Most times nothing happens, if

KMS/ drm2 i915 spamming sysctl
Are there any plans to stop hw.dri.0.info.i915_ringbuffer_data
from spamming sysctl?

Since some time, there is no longer /var/log/messages spam
for which I'm grateful.

libstdc++ not found by clang and base ld on 9-STABLE when building cmake c++ project
Hello,
I'm not sure if this is right list, but has anything recently changed which
could
explain why cmake c++ project (http://sourceforge.net/projects/gemrb/)
started to fail upon linking stage (looking like libstdc++ is not included
/usr/include/c++/4.2/)?
It works normally if passed gcc48 as compiler which subsequently uses (ld)
binutils
from ports and relevant libstdc++.
