Patch: Set SSH_AUTHKEY to key id used to authenticate.

while another user may prefer to have emacs.
Originally I had thought about doing it with environment variables. Set it
up with:
SSH_PROPOGATE_ENV="SSH_PROPOGATE_ENV INPUTRC REMOTE_USER"
INPUTRC="$HOME/.inputrc-vi"
REMOTE_USER="jafo"
Something like that. Obviously, there are some problems with "$HOME"
getting expanded on the client side, but worst case you could use
REMOTE_USER in the .profile.
Basing it on the key id seemed to be the simplest thing for me though... A
general-purpose way to propogate environ...

The current ipt_account SVN code (and probably earlier, extending back as far as
July of 2005) seem to report the following when you read from the
/proc/net/ipt_account file:

Environment variable with key ID in it?
...s with exporting the public key id is, and it seems less
prone to problems than, for example, the environment= stuff.
