Password changes to /etc/passwd, but not smbpasswd
Hello,
I've Googled and done some mailing list searches, but can't figure out
the following .
When a user on a Windows 2000 machine attempts to change their password,
the change gets applied to /etc/passwd, but not to smbpasswd.
The error I receive from Windows is: "The system cannot change your
password right now because the domain .. Is not available". (The domain

g-w-d.c -> my head spins
Greetings everybody!
I started looking more thoroughly at gnome-window-decorator.c and now
my head spins and "hurts" and believe that I'm not going to achieve
anything serious in terms of tweakable shadows anytime soon. It's far
more difficult than I expected. While I (believe) to understand now the
shadows are drawn, I currently don't get why there are 12 shadow-quads

Why WinME/XP boot disk doesn't work with MEMDISK
...he XMS
access functions don't seem to be applicable, either.
The whole point of using the INT 15h, AH=87h interface is to let things
like EMM386.EXE be able to do the "right thing" when entering protected
mode directly isn't an option.
Microsoft. What an astonishing bunch of jackasses.
I'm thinking of producing an alternate version of MEMDISK which uses
"raw" high memory accesses. I've already confirmed that it can boot
this version of DOS.

blackmail attempt? Stable mailing list block?
I got some weird mail back, claiming that my e-mail was blocked, w/o
indicating what server was blocked, after the mail appeared in the
mailing list. Is this some BS shakedown? I use postfix on a DSL line
forwarding to earthlink, this is hardly something that should be rare
in the BSD world... the mail appeared to come from a web mail server
and the first link has the following lovely text:

System Design
Hey Everyone,
We are in the works of planning a new * installation for our company.
We have 20 users in our main office and 5 users in a remote office a
couple of states away. Our call volume for the main office will be
anywhere from 5-10 concurrent calls. The remote office will have about
3 heavy users with two users making calls occasionally.
Right now we have an existing PBX. We have a

Some queries on g729 license.
Hi, all
I am a pabx vendor from Singapore. Recently we are going to implement a
failover solution for our customers using heartbeat, the asterisk server
can failover perfectly, however the g729 codec canot work, because it is
binded the mac address, we have bought two set of licenses, can you
provide us some workaround for this scenario?

I need a quality US 800 DID over IAX for my Asterisk server, preferably one

Any suggestions please?
Thanks
