I have a big problem to clear the ldap cache ?
Can any tell me a way to clear the passwords in dovecot when I have to change
a password in LDAP?
auth_cache_ttl: is not working

what do you mean with "is not working", does the passwords time out never?
Manually you can use:
doveadm auth cache flush
