how to reroute all ADSL traffic via another server on the internet?
Hi all, Does anyone know, if it's possible to reroute all (i.e. HTTP / FTP / DNS / SMTP / POP3 / IMAP / etc) from an ADSL connected machine via another server, which is currently hosted with IS and has full internet access? i.e. Can I setup another machine, on a different public IP than the dynamic ADSL IP as default gw? OR do I need todo something on that machine to work as a router for

Network optimization ?
...DomU. Both Dom0 and DomU are Debian Squeeze 64bits, I tried to tune the credit scheduler without success. I didn''t use cpu pinning, but the physical host have 24 threads (2 * 6 * 2 with hyperthreading), Dom0 is limited to 4 CPU and DomU have 2 VCPU. The Dom0 use bridge networking, and ipforward is disabled. There is no iptable rules on servers, and the conntrack modules are not loaded. Is there other things to do to improve network optimization ? No /dev/net/tun in dom0
I have a dom0 with Debian Etch, created with Xen-tools, that I want to use as a OpenVPN-server. I cannot start the openvpn-deamon, it cannot open the TUN/TAP dev /dev/net/tun The dom0 does not have a directory /dev/net and if I create it, it is away after the next reboot. Can I get a staying /dev/net/tun in the dom0 ? -- Morten Christensen _______________________________________________

virtual routing issue
A most puzzling network conundrum has arisen while I was attempting to create a virtual network behind a virtual router which in turn connects the virtual network to my real network. My machine (192.168.103.23) is on the network with my router (192.168.103.1). The virtual router, tiara, has to connect my 192.168.103.* network with the virtual 10.0.0.* network which comprises two other virtual
