resizing an ext3 partition
...lly done this, or should I turn off the journal
and then put it back after resizing?

pam_mount: /etc/fstab or suid root smbmount?
...with /etc/fstab (not much of an issue here,
but imagine if you had several thousand users in a win2k domain).
