[PATCH v9 07/84] KVM: x86: add kvm_arch_vcpu_set_regs()
From: Nicu?or C??u <ncitu at bitdefender.com>
This is needed for the KVMI_VCPU_SET_REGISTERS command,
without clearing the pending exception.
The KVMI_VCPU_SET_REGISTERS commmand allows the introspectiont tool to
override the kvm_regs structure of a specific vCPU. But in most cases
this is used to increment the program counter.

[PATCH v9 00/84] VM introspection

MSRs etc.), alter the page access bits in the shadow page tables (only
for the hardware backed ones, eg. Intel's EPT) and receive notifications
when events of interest have taken place
