indexing within the function "aggregate"
...lt;- qt(.975,df=dieffe)*esse/sqrt(enne)
limconf.95}
that can be used like
tag <- My.df$SEQUENCE == "1" & My.df$STD == "INT"
My.fun.conf(My.df$PPM[tag],My.df$VIAL[tag])
but it do not works in "aggregate"
since the indexing of values is no longer done
on an intrinsecal "x" itself,
but rather on an "somewhat external y".
I hope to be clear enough to be understood.
Am I entering a wrong path?
How can I get an output like
the (cheated) table hereunder?
SEQ STD INJ95%cl
1 1 EXT 0.035
2 2 EXT 0.031
3 1 INT 0.054
4 2 INT 0.028

model of fish over exploitation
...o solve my model. I study over exploitation of
fish in the bay of biscay (france). I know only the level of catch and
the fishing effort (see data below) by year.
My model is composed by the following equations:
* the growth function
Gt(St) = r*St*(1-St/sbar)
with Gt the growth of each period t
r intrinsec growth of the stock
sbar carriyng capacity of the stock
St the fish stock of each period t
* the production function
Ht(St, Xt) = alpha*St*Xt
Ht the catch for each period t
Xt fishing effort for each period t
alpha parameter of boat productivity
* the dynamic of the fish stock
S(t+1) = S(t) + Gt...

Bar Plots: Error Bars
Hey Everyone,
I'm pretty new at R and wanted to try and make some graphs with dummy data
before using it to analyze my own. I successfully made a bar graph and error
bars, but I can't figure out how to align them properly (currently they are
not centered on the bars and some of them aren't even close). Here's the
code that I'm using:
> marks <- sample(4:10, size=50,

Camping 2.0 - What''s left?
I''ve just sent a pull-request to _why with my changes[1] and here is some
things that I think needs to be done before a (possible) release:
* The cookie session is named Camping::Session and is placed in
camping/session.rb. Maybe this should be called Camping::CookieSession or???
* The ActiveRecord session is named Camping::ARSession and is placed in
camping/ar/session.rb. Maybe it

RE : RE : Samba as a PDC / Windows NT 4 SP6a as a BDC
Thanks
But this is for demoting a PDC to a BDC. I've done that already. What I want to demote my BDCs to standalone server. I'll give a try to upromote.
Kind regards
Julien

Samba and ISA Server
Hi everybody,
I have a Samba 3.0.4 PDC configured on my network. Previously, there was a Windows NT 4 PDC, that was migrated to my Samba / OpenLDAP configuration.
Everything is working fine, except our ISA Server.
Indeed, ISA Server was previously configured to let users that belong to the "Internet Access" group to surf. During the migration phase, we did not change anything.

Samba as a PDC / Windows NT 4 SP6a as a BDC
Hi every body,
As you may have guessed, I've got a problem ;)
What I had :
- A PDC Server (Windows NT 4 SP 6a), called SERVER1, for the domain TEST
- A BDC Server (Windows NT 4 SP 6a), called SERVER2, for the domain TEST
Everything was working fine.
Now I switched my NT PDC to a Samba PDC, and I make SERVER1 a BDC for the domain. Until now, no problem. I use samba 3.0.4,

RE : Samba as a PDC / Windows NT 4 SP6a as a BDC
Are you sure of that ? I thought it was possible...
If it is not, I've got another slightly off topic question : how to I demote my former Windows NT PDC (that is now a BDC) to a normal Windows NT server, so that I have no problem with it ?
Thanks in advance.
