Hello, I have two samba 4.2.7-SerNet-Debian-8.wheezy AD servers. since few days now I have some winbind errorsthat block the server... It seems that they appears more and more frequently... ( about one time per day ) I have about 200 clients pc with windows 10, seven and XP. Last month I've migrated about 30 pc from seven to 10. Is there a relationship? You may have 2 dhcps running, but you have to make sure the lease ranges are different. The first dns server stanza should refer to the server which gets the lease update. Hi, Just to reiterate an important point, the 'domain backup' command is there to backup your domain information, not your DC. If you still have a working domain, then you can recover any DC by simply rejoining it to the domain. Do not use backup/restore to recover an individual DC. Afaik one is not supposed to ever restore a DC in case you are running multiple. Thus I am wondering why you want to do (online or not) backups at all. Or did that rule change?
