second samba server in my lan do not work

wins support = No

Is it a problem with the smb.conf or the network configuration?
Or maybee with iptables? I have IPCop on the LinuxHost wich firewall is
designed to block most of eth1 (the external interface) and allow all on
eth0 (the internalinterface)
Another samba-server can be fully reached from all PCs in the LAN.
