Newbie seeking directions
Hello everybody,
I'm developing the www.polyxmass.org (GNU polyxmass) program that is a
polymer sequence editor (a polymer is a thread made of concatenated
monomers).
I would like to code a "self-speak-out" feature for that sequence
editor: the user would select a sequence region and ask that the
program would "dictate" the sequence.
For example, the following could be

Ralph, Conrad,
Now that we have ROE as a means to describe a multi-track ogg file - i.e. a
means to author Skeleton - I assume this is supposed to describe how we map
ROE information into Skeleton through the use of fisbone message header
fields, right?
In this case I wonder if you have gone over all the current ROE spec and
made sure that all this information is either in ROE or easily

We have new drafts of CMML 4.0 as a text codec and ROE as an xml
stream abstract, subsuming the authoring support in CMML 3.1 and
earlier.
Another thing we talked about at LCA is a how to specify
relationships between the various streams in Ogg so that a server,
muxer or player can make intelligent decisions about the contained
tracks. The general idea is to use the (http-style) Message

[follow-up] "Longitudinal" with binary covariates and outcome
Hi again!
Following up my previous posting below (to which no response
as yet), I have located a report which situates this type
of question in a longitudinal modelling context.

Buildbot Noise
Folks,
David has been particularly militant with broken buildbots recently,
so to make sure we don't throw the baby with the bath water, I'd like
to propose some changes on how we deal with the emails on our
*current* buildmaster, since there's no concrete plans to move it to
anything else at the moment.
The main issue is that managing the buildbots is not a simple task. It
requires
