Upgrade failed? 2.2.5-pre1 to 2.2.7

I downloaded the source, followed the instaructions to the T (make,
install, etc...). Everything seemed to go fine, I think the compilation and

problem when : ruby script/server
Hi;
Now I have tried the following, installed
ruby 1.8.7 (2010-08-16) [i386-mingw32]
rails 2.3.8
when I start the server --> ruby script/server, I get the following
eeror:
C:\Rails\demo>ruby script/server
=> Booting WEBrick
=> Rails 2.3.8 application starting on http://0.0.0.0:3000
=> Call with -d to detach
=> Ctrl-C to shutdown server

[LLVMdev] compiling llvm-gcc4 on ubuntu
hello,
i am new to llvm and can't manage to compile the gcc backend.
my steps:
i compile the llvm-source first as suggested in "README.LLVM"
that works fine and without any issues.
then i make a new dir called build. from there i do the following:
stefan at ubuntu:~/programs/llvm/build$ ../llvm-gcc4-1.9.source/configure --enable-languages=c,c++ --prefix=/usr/local/
