automated installation of puppet into solaris 10 zone after insta lling zone with puppet
I''ve built a puppet solaris - package which is distributed via jumpstart at installation time of a solaris 10 machine. It''s postinstallation registers the puppetd into smf and starts puppetd afterwards. Puppetd connects to puppetmasterd, gets ist certificate signed (autosig on) and the configuration stuff. Now the interesting part: a new solaris zone is installed via pu...

--move instaed of --delete
Hi, I have set up daily backup using rsync to collect the data and afterwards I use afio to write the data to tape. I do: $RSYNC -avbu --backup-dir=$PART/$HOST/old -e ssh --exclude-from $EXCLUDE root@$HOST:/ $PART/$HOST > $LOG/$HOST-$DATE.log to sync files. Since the tape capacity is limited I exclued the /$PART/$HOST/old dirs, form the afio call. These are backuped separately on weekly

...to stop you from generalizing the DFA work either if you feel compelled to do that. Ignoring compile time for a moment, I think an advantage of a DFA is modeling a situation where the hardware can assign resources to best fit the entire group rather then one instruction at a time. [LLVMdev] scoreboard hazard det. and instruction groupings
I'm considering writing more-detailed itineraries for some PowerPC CPUs that use the 'traditional' instruction grouping scheme. In essence, this means that multiple instructions will stall in some pipeline stage until a complete group is formed, then all will continue. I expect to provide CPU-specific code to help determine when the currently-waiting instructions would form a group.
