I'm trying to use nut 2.0.5 on FreeBSD 4.11-STABLE with UPS INELT Monolith
II 1000LT
UPS connected to box with RS-232 cable.
In ups.conf:
[apc]
driver = megatec
port = /dev/cuaa1
desc = "UPS"
When starting
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/nut.sh start
got:
Network UPS Tools - UPS driver controller 2.0.5
Network UPS Tools - Megatec protocol driver 1.5 (2.0.5)...

Megatec driver FR: repeat shutdown
Hello.
In continuation to
http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/nut-upsuser/2007-June/002880.html
Inelt Monolith II 1000 (don't know about LT) actually requires
sending shutdown command twice, with delay of 5 to 8 seconds,
according to my experiments.
The attached patch enables the megatec driver to repeat shutdown
command with configurable delay (cmdrepeat, in milliseconds).

Hi!I have a device dump from my Inelt UPS. I want to post it in the Device Dump Library. But I can not figure out how to do it. Google also did not help me.Can anyone point me the right way?Yuri.

I use your Network UPS Tools (thanx a lot!) under FreeBSD, and every
boot a have a string like this:
Network UPS Tools - UPS driver controller 2.0.3
Network UPS Tools - Fenton UPS driver 1.22 (2.0.3)
Unknown ups - please report this ID string: #INELT SSRT 1500 A0
Detected Unknown SRT 1500 on /dev/ttyM0
I didn't find on your site http://eu1.networkupstools.org/ how to
report ID string. Any idea about it? ))) Thanx.

with 2.6.0.
