Inotify or equivalent
I installed inotify and incrond to watch a directory and set the
job as '/mnt/dir IN_ATTRIB chmod 0660 $@/$#' which worked very well
except that as expected, IN_ATTRIB is to broad of a watch class as it
caused an enormous amount of contention with the filemonitor and/or

Proper sysvol replication solution...
...remote machine. This would prevent a cron job, but I overcame
that as well. You can create an SSH key that does not require a password
for the systems to use. This means you can now create a cron job to
handle the replication every fifteen minutes or so. You could also use
something like "incrond" to monitor for changes in the sysvol and launch
unison as well, but I don't personally modify the sysvol often, so
replication every fifteen minutes works for me.
To create an SSH key to allow password-less replication via unison, do
the following.

Hi,
- The device never re-connects to the system, i have to physically remove the USB plug and insert it again for the device to come back.
- This does not happen when running the driver from the supplier. (java process)
- When i poll every 60s it works for about 3 days, anything lower or higher causes it to disconnect faster
- The big log i sent is not the output of the driver? if not how can i
