TCP connection incresement when reconfigure and question about multi-graph
Hi, all.
I set up a dht system, and sent a HUP signal to client to trigger the reconfiguration.
But i found that the TCP connection established increased by the number
of bricks(the number of glusterfsd progress).
$ ps -ef | grep glusterfs
root 8579 1 0 11:28 ? 00:00:00 glusterfsd -f /home/huz/dht/server.vol -l /home/huz/dht/server.log -L TRACE
root 8583 1 0 11:28 ?

loop is going to take 26 hours - needs to be quicker!
...c.array <- array(NA, c(144,72,46))
n=0
for(k in 1:46){
for(j in 1:72){
for(i in 1:144){
n <- n+1
gpcc.array[i,j,k] <- gpcc.data2[n,5]
print(j)
}
}
}
So it runs through all the longs for every lat for every year - which is the
order the data is running down the column in gpcc.data2 so n increses by 1 each
time and each data point is pulled off....
It needs to be a lot quicker, I'd appreciate any ideas!
Many thanks for taking time to read this,

Concurrent POP3 Sessions Issues
Hi,
I have problems with dovecot + ldap + nfs, we could't have more than
20 concurrent sessions of pop3, when user 21 comes, the auth process takes
more than 1 sec and is incresing (while most users arrives, more delay in
autenticacion exists) and my customers complaint about the service. We need
support about 200 concurrents pop3 users, here is my details

R graphics help
...o generate the same matrix in terms of shaded circles in which the density of shading depends on the value...
for eg in the above matrix A the value 2 is a circle shaded very lightly
9 is of full dark circle(almost black)
so when the value increses then the darkness also increases..
Please help me in giving your suggestions..

Hi,
I am using dovecot 2.0.16, and assigend globally procmailrc

formate. Also I assined quota to User through setquota (edquota) command,
If the quota excedded then this case user's mail store to

[LLVMdev] Modifying DAG in TargetLowering::ReplaceNodeResults()

gpr pointer when the argument is i64. Ie. I need to know if I am lowering
va_arg of i64.
I tried to tackle this by providing custom lowering for va_arg(i64) that
just aligns stuff properly. I do this by adding ISD::VA_ARG handling to
PPCTargetLowering::ReplaceNodeResults() where I need to read/increse/write
a number in memory while providing nothing in &Results.
The problem is that the Chain of the va_arg node needs to be updated but
I dont know how to do that.
I tried stuff like:
SDValue Ops[] = { InChain, VAListPtr, N->getOperand(2), N->getOperand(3) };
SDValue NewNo...

Ofcs2 Questions!
...know that changing to
writeback will make performance much better, but we are not considering lose
anydata, so it i snot an option.
Now we are going to implemente noatime options in mount. This make better
performace ?
Other one, how about the commit mount options ? The default is set to 5s if
i increse it how is the potential data loss in case we lost lose power?
Does anyone have any other paramenter that should help us ?
Another info, the inscremental backup is taking 10 to 12 hours.
All nodes have VERY high I/O wait.
Thanks to all!!

Samba - XP performance problem
Hello There,
After having googled the whole internet for days I decided to go public
with this issue.
The result of my google queries so far is that there are plenty of
others with the very same problem I have and noone posted a reasonable
answer to this:
Using Samba 3 with XP gets bad performance. I tested this on Tru64 5.1b
and FreeBSD 5.3 with the very same symptoms.

[PATCH] kvmalloc: always use vmalloc if CONFIG_DEBUG_VM
...allocinfo
shows 614kB more memory. I tried it on a desktop machine with the chrome
browser open and /proc/vmallocinfo space is increased by 7MB. So no - this
won't exhaust memory and kill the machine.
Arguing that this increases memory consumption is as bogus as arguing that
CONFIG_LOCKDEP increses memory consumption. No one is forcing you to
enable CONFIG_LOCKDEP and no one is forcing you to enable this kvmalloc
test too.

I just tried to run "samba_dnsupdate --verbose --all-names" on the DC
and I got many "Failed nsupdate: 2" and at the end "Failed update of
21 entries".
