Maildir detection..
It would seem that dovecot cannot detect my maildir. The system DO NOT
use "~/Maildir". It is arbitrary across a few systems, actualy, and am
curious if there is a way to "force" in the config file where the
maildir explicitly resides, much like Postfix's "home_mailbox"
configuration parameter.
On a side note, I compiled dovecot 0.99.4 on a NetBSD

listen to port on ipv6 by default[patch]
right now icecast2 listens to 0.0.0.0 by default if bind-address is not
defined. it should rather listen to :: if ipv6 is available.
the change is rather small. i do not know how that works on systems that
do not support IPv6 yet.
so i added #ifdef AF_INET6, is that the right way to check for ipv6?
attached is a patch against http://svn.xiph.org/icecast/trunk/net/
if it is ok like that it would

crash in PHP4 examples
Hi,
I have been experimenting with simpleindex.php in the php4 examples.
However, the command seems to crash on exit:
$ php simpleindex.php h < simpleindex.php
Segmentation fault
I ran it through gdb to get a stack trace (see below). It looks to me as
if the WritableDatabase may be getting deleted twice. Can this be fixed,
or alternatively is there any work around?
I'd have a look at

v1.2.2 released
http://dovecot.org/releases/1.2/dovecot-1.2.2.tar.gz
http://dovecot.org/releases/1.2/dovecot-1.2.2.tar.gz.sig
Found and fixes several v1.2-specific bugs. Hopefully it's now stable
for most people's usage.
* GSSAPI: More changes to authentication. Hopefully good now.
* lazy_expunge plugin: Drop \Deleted flag when moving message.
+ dovecot -n/-a now outputs also lda settings.

Dovecot has no understandable configuration any more
Hello,
for many years i used an mailserver with dovecot V1 very satisfied!
http://mailserver.decotrain.de/
One of the reasons to use dovecot was a simply configuration.
Dovecot was the best choice for IMAP for me!
Now i updated the server to Debian testing with dovecot 2.1.7.
It's not possible for me to get a running authentication for virtual
mail users!
I recently found this mailing and

undefined symbols during linking LLDB 4.0 RC1
Hi Pavel,
thank you for you response.
objdump -T showed that there are no symbols defined in liblldb.so.
After few compilations I found that problem is with linking with LLD (-DLLVM_ENABLE_LLD=ON) without the directive everything is ok.

undefined symbols during linking LLDB 4.0 RC1
Hello, I update my building scripts to build LLVM 4.0 RC1 (with clang, lldb, libc++, libc++abi, lld) on CentOS 6 and I got a lot of undefined symbols during linking LLDB.
I'm using clang-3.9 and this configuration:
-DLLVM_TARGETS_TO_BUILD="X86"
-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
-DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=/usr/bin/clang
-DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=/usr/bin/clang++
