Frequency of Data
...o COUNT the frequency of events in every month or year.
The CSV-data is structured as:
date
25.02.2003
29.07.1997
...
My desired output would be a matrix with n rows for the years and m columns
for the month.
How could a solution look like ? If the format is no matrix it doesn't
matter. Importend is the extraction of frequency from my data.
Thanks for all reply,
Carsten

Opus vs. Vorbis
Hi all,
I've been looking at opus lately as a replacement to vorbis and it sure
seems to me that, at least on paper, it is the 'next generation'
streaming codec. Has anyone been using opus as a streaming codec to
Icecast? If so, how do the following general characteristics compare to
vorbis?
+ Quality
+ Latency
+ Bandwidth
+ Performance (on stream client and Icecast server)

Opus vs. Vorbis
Hello Jordan,
I run a test stream in OPUS format.
I find the quality of OPUS way better at low bitrates then VORBIS.
Thus better quality at lower bitrates, but also on higher bitrates the
codec sounds good.
Latency is lower, but for broadcasting a radio program for me at the
moment it is not that importend, so i did not test that really with
icecast (i did test opus low latency but with other applications:
fideliphone and teamtalk)
Stream runs stable, my stream is a transcode made by Liquidsoap, from a
transparent ogg vorbis stream (The reason i'm doing that is because i'm
transcoing also to...

expire tool - individual user/folder?
Hello,
is the expire plugin usable to delete mails with different settings for each
individual user?
If i view sample config at http://wiki.dovecot.org/Plugins/Expire it looks
like expire-data are related to foldernames.
Is it possible to let each user "activate" the expire-plugin for different
folders with different settings?
Thanks,
Andre

smbldap-tools vrs. Ldapsam:Editposix
...tools-way)
Doing this the Ldapsam:Editposix-way, something with the users main
group mapping(?) fails. (1)
May be somewone can poit me to a good "migrating to Ldapsam:Editposix
how tos"? Or can help my in an other way? I can provide my config in
detail and describe the steps I did.
One importend question for me too is, should I go the Ldapsam:Editposix
way or smbldap-tool-way? Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot and best regards,
G?tz

Strange Behavior accessing shares
...ing like this.
I did restartet the samba-daemon and did an upgrade from 3.0.7 to 3.0.9,
no way to get the share "projekte" working.
Untill today I thought I have enough experience with Samba to set up a
simple share ;-).
Any help welcome! Thanks in advance!
Here comes the (hopefully) importend part of level 10 log:
