I want to fit a model to count data where many counts are zero. I would
like to posit that the baseline value of an immunologic marker impacts
whether or not a patient experiences any events at all, and the conditional
(on being > 0) expectation of the remaining counts as a function of the
percent inhibition of the immunologic marker. I guess I want to use a
logistic model for the

Get term from document by position
...ug with some example outputs that are unrelated to the search string?
Here is the example (see attachment).
This example does the following:
1)First, it indexes text from the "text.txt" file (see attachment) (actually, this is the text of the following book: "Abbas, Lichtman. Basic immunology").
2)Next, it searches for the "extracellular microbe" string and generates snippet.
Xapian::Snipper generates the following snippet:

TukeyHSDs function (pgirmess package)
...lt;-c(845,829,682, 689,581,495)
Is there something wrong with this function? Or is there a better way
to extract significant comparisons
from a tukey test?

How can one use GRUFF with locomotive ( I guess there is a wider question here, also)
Hi:
I love Locomotive and use it exclusively for my rails projects. I''d
like to install GRUFF and give it a try (a graph image creation
package). I know I can do sudo gem install gruff from the command
line for normal ruby and rails. How do I make gems available to
Locomotive?

plot - no main title and missing abscissa value
...missing and so is
the digit "1" at the abscissa position 1 - although the other abscissa
labels are all there as defined in the "axis" call.
Can anyone shed anylight on why this is? I'm using R 2.1 on OS X.
Thanks
