Vorbis CVS binaries for linux/x86

into useable binaries for i386 linux systems. You can get them at
http://www.stud.uni-hannover.de/~ingo/vorbis/
If the CVS sources won't compile one day you will see still the
old packages of yesterday, but please don't complain about that

Future libao refinements
Just so people know what I'm working on (between physics assignments), here's
a quick list of what's currently in the pipeline:

comparisons
I converted the 128kbps tom.mp3 file into a .wav and then used oggenc -m 2
to
laterally encode it to 128kbps tommy.ogg format. I noticed that it gets very
close to the size of an mp3, great job guys. Then I got to thinking that
maybe it could be compressed further with gzip so I tried it. I also gzipped
the mp3 to compare and it looks like the mp3 gzips better but gzipping the
ogg file will get
