I want to use NT4's SRVTOOLS to manage the Samba-PDC,But when i use it ,i mean ,when i add a account for windows,Samba can only receive the username from the tool. The others ,such as logon_path,Fullname and Description cannot be received by samba. Is some thing wrong with samba? what can i do ? This system is running for a while, using Redhat 7.2 and Samba 2.2.3. Question: Before I completely reinstall this system, I would like to get some samba statistics from this system. Can anybody point me in the right direction on how to do this. Thanks Ralf Wiegand

** High Priority ** Hi I am trying to login to a Samba share via win98, When I try get access to a shared folder that is protected. It prompts me for a password. the problem is that the username is already typed in and I can not change it. On winxP, when I get prompted I can put in the username and password, and it works fine.
