Showstopper problem: Winbindd no longer starting
...;t get winbind started, CTDB times it out. I've taken the clustering=yes line out of smb.conf, and run winbind at dedug level from the console. A regression in 3.0.25rc3?
Dear Samba team, I have installed the above release of samba and I am seeing the same problem as decribed in this old posting when I try to add permissions to printers: http://lists.samba.org/archive/samba/2006-July/123177.html Interesting that this was last seen in 3.0.23. 3.0.24 behaves as expected. domain trusts in samba3 with openLDAP
Greetings Sambistas! I can't seem to get domain trusts to work in both directions. Details follow. I have a network running many OSes on four geographically separate sites with an OpenLDAP authentication backbone.
