I was playing with this on my test machine, (redhat 5.2, samba 2.0.3) worked great, and I was really impressed. So I decided to install this on my office machine. Hi, Does anyone used a linux samba server as a fileserver for a Win2k, where the w2k is a loaded webserver using IIS? Or maybe a IIS Web Farm? I need a central storagepoint to my frontend webservers to centralize all the administration, backups, etc. Will the mount consume too much CPU in the win2k machines? And in the samba server?
