Idletimeout patch
While I was updating our ssh-servers, I rewrote my old patch that adds
idletimeout (just like in old ssh1) parameter to openssh. Since reapplying
the patch for all new versions of openssh is not fun at all, I would like
to have it included in the official openssh, if you consider the patch
worthy.
Unlike ClientAlive, idletimeout works for both protocol versions. It also

[SUGGESSTION 1/1] OCFS2: runtime tunable network idle timeout
...ate network. at the time that the backup is going on, there is very very high load on network. this can lead to ocfs2 network idle timeout and when it can't connect back in time, some nodes have to be fensed out the cluster domain which is not really what we want.
there is a configuration O2CB_IDLE_TIMEOUT_MS by which we can set the timeout value. but looks it takes effect on when o2cb service is restarted, so it's not possible to change it in the already running system.
suggestion:
if we can modify the timeout value at runtime, it's better. we can add a proc file under /proc/fs/ocfs2_nodem...

Thank you for the config file snippets. I can confirm mine were almost identical, so I've tweaked them so that they are now exactly the same as yours except for the "--require-membership-of=example\authorization_groupname" line in ntlm_auth.
Unfortunately it's still erroring out:

Dovecot waking every 50ms when doing nothing
Hi,
My laptop runs a local IMAP server so that I'm immune from breaking my
mail client, and when playing around with powertop I discovered that
Dovecot (in particular imap-login) wakes up every 1000ms and then every
50ms even when no clients are connected. A bit of stracing shows this:
gettimeofday({1180875699, 667917}, NULL) = 0 <0.000010>

[Bug 2718] New: SFTP idle timeout
...Hardware: Sparc
OS: Solaris
Status: NEW
Severity: enhancement
Priority: P5
Component: sftp-server
Assignee: unassigned-bugs at mindrot.org
Reporter: tomas.kuthan at oracle.com
Implement new sftp-server option '-t idle_timeout'. When there is no
user activity for idle_timeout seconds, sftp session is forcibly closed
by the server. By default there is no time limit.

Oh, 'pretty nothing'. All work pretty automagically

[Xen-API] XCP Monthly Call Request
I am planning to schedule a monthly XCP meeting for the community and am struggling with when to host the call. As we are a global community, there is no single optimal time to host the meeting. In an effort to support the most likely attendees, please send me your time zone if you plan to participate in these calls. I will track the most common time zones in an effort to maximize attendance. All
