I've downloaded and compiled icecast from cvs and the ices-0.2.3 from the download area for MP3 support.. (I'd use ogg, except I have 1000's of mp3. So after running the autoconf of Theora, I ran make and then make install. The output of make install is below. I have IceCast 2.3.1 running on Window XP SP3 as a windows service. My computer is behind a d-link router, and the router is configured to pass through to port 8000 on my computer.
