Argh, preecho mistriggers
In case people on the list don't know it, A Vorbis tester (who's email I've lost! If you're on the list, speak up!) is maintaining a vorbis audio quality test page: http://hem.passagen.se/ingets1/vorbis.htm He's doing us the great service of hunting down samples that break Vorbis (so we don't have to :-) In any case, it turns out that the trumpets in the dr4 sample

Best way to drop avg packet size?
...careful setup to prioritise the voip packets I am still getting some small amounts of breakup when the system is under stress. I already my patches to HTB to get it to understand ADSL bandwidth (so I know that this is being accounted for OK), and also with the HTB code patched to not use "hysterisis". It''s also only intermittent and seems to affect outbound traffic more than inbound and so I suspect that it''s down to the average packet size being the default 1500 bytes..? Sound plausible? ZHONE Fix !! (long)
...sically ignored and treated as an on/off value - implementation of which still seems pretty strange, but I am convinced it is not doing much, if any, debouncing of the RBS on the t1. I decide to give up on that since it looks like I would have to redo a large part of the driver to build in the hysterisis I need into the signalling bits. Why this problem is so vexing is I have one line that rings through to a phone, and then transfers to vm, since the line never actually rung, there is no disconnect supervision on the hangup either, so I get an infinitely long voicemail that fills up the whole...

Info about VoiP Qos
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, i''ve been working on VoIP qos in the few weeks. I shape IAX2 and SIP, and i''m getting some interesting results. Im using HTB, the line is 512Kbps dedicated line, and we have some servers on the same line that generate quite a lot of traffic, frequently saturating the link. I''ve read through LARTC how to, example, etc,
