Centos7- WiFi not recognized - HWaddress - Or Any Idea
Hello,
I recently installed centos7+Gnome on my macbook air , at first start the wireless adaptor , which is the (infamous?) BCMA4360 , seemed to work because I was asked to choose the network and provided password, but thereafter wifi did not appear, so I can connect to the Internet only by cable. Googling a few days and checking on my computer I found the following:- the infamous wifi adapter

Seeing the IP addresses of domUs from dom0
Using a default xen3.0.1 setup for dom0(rhel4 distro) and domUs (gentoo,
rhel4, centos4.2 distros, ttylinux) with the domUs all having dhcp
turned on, is there an easy way to tell from within the dom0 what ip
addresses were assigned to the domUs after bootup?

network Interface
When i run a mii-tool
it displays no MII transcievers present !!!
if i run ifconfig it displays the eth0 its ip and Hwaddress
if i ping to the eth0 ip it pings.
if i ping to some other ip on Lan no response is coming.
This all happens in Cent OS 4.2
if i boot to Centos 5.1 or Redhat 7.3 the pc is able to communicated to everyone on the networks.

After a long break, one more try at bond/bridge nics
...host and where?
Do I not add any of the ip addresses of the virtual machines? (thus they
will be looked for via the bridge?)
Each virtual machine will be getting its own ip address as it will be
used for a website.
here is the basic configuration I am looking at, with some things not
added like hwaddress and a few tweaks (zeroconf?)
am I even close? I admit I have never done this and have no mentor other
than this exceptional mailing list.

How to automatically store the macAddress in AD
Hi list,
Does someone know a way to automatically store the hwaddress in the AD?
I'm using Veyon in my school to manage the students PCs and if the hwadress
is populated in the AD, the Room configuration can be set with AD otherwise
i have to manage rooms manually.
I'm using samba4 with bind and isc-dhcp-server are on the same server.
Can we use scripts or so...

Sitting on the A/V server one can reach the client without problem.
Arp shows:

Unless I try to reach the client web server from the A/Vserver, then it fails

Hardware ASan Generating Unknown Instruction
Hi,
I am trying to execute a simple hello world program compiled like so:
path/to/compiled/clang -o test --target=aarch64-linux-gnu

--sysroot=/usr/aarch64-linux-gnu/
-L/usr/lib/gcc/aarch64-linux-gnu/10.1.0/ -g test.c
However, when I look at the disassembly, there is an unknown
instruction listed at 0x2d51c:

Double-check your IP address and gateway in the configuration file.
Seems to be correct.

Apparently not.
[root at audio ~]# arp

192.168.1.1 ether 00:24:01:F3:93:21 C eth0
204.83.15.254 (incomplete) eth1
I don't know what that means; this is the first time I ever typed the arp command.

issues with : in the content
Hi,
I''ve discovered ferret and aaf this evening, I''ve just done some tests
and it seems perfect for my needs.
I''m indexing text data (title, description, etc) and also ethernet
hardware addresses (MAC).
Sorry if that sounds trivial but I can''t find the way to correctly
index and achieve correct searches on MAC addresses.
If I do something like this:

eth0 on dom0 not working on a bridged conf
Hi,
I''ve installed xen 3.0.3 from packages (xen-linux-system) on a debian
etch, and i''ve configured it with network-bridge script in the default
way (netdev=eth0, bridge=xenbr0, etc...) which is ok for me.
the problem I have:
I cannot ping any outer machine from dom0 (nor any outer machine can
ping me). It gives me a "Destination Host Unreachable" message that

my notes on bond, bridge, network, kvm, host and virtual so far
I put this page together just so I won't spam the board anymore begging

This shows a working effort of bonded eths, bridged into a vm, and a few
other things.
The only missing thing is something on the host that ends up putting the
VM internet
connection into some kind of limbo.
