[PATCH] mm/hmm: replace hmm_update with mmu_notifier_range

The WARN_ON is enforcing the rules already commented near
mmuu_notifier_ops.invalidate_start - we could break or continue, it
doesn't much matter how to recover from a broken driver, but since we
did the WARN_ON this should sanitize the ret to EAGAIN or 0
Humm. Actually having looked this some more, I wonder if this is a
problem:
I see in __oom_reap_task_mm():
if (mmu_notifier_invalidate_range_start_nonblock(&range)) {
tlb_finish_mmu(&tlb, range.start, range.end);
ret = false;
continue;
}

Setting Codecs on the Fly
Does anyone know if it's possible to set the codecs for a number via an Asterisk command?
Ie, yes you can set the codecs in sip.conf for a user, but I'd like to have a command that can set the same thing so that it can be done without having to change sip.conf.
Essentially I want the user to be able to prefix a code to their dialled number to set their preferred codec for that call.

Build failure for isohybrid
Dear list,
I have been trying to debug a build failure for a while in the utils
directory on isohybrid which seems to be distro specific.
On Fedora 17 64bit the build completes without problems, but under both
Ubuntu 32/64bit 11.10 and 12.04 I get the following:
tim at oxygen:/usr/src/git/syslinux/utils$ make
gcc -O2 -luuid -o isohybrid isohybrid.o isohdpfx.o
isohybrid.o: In function

Humm... Not liking the errors in this method. Looking at the ldif, I
think we could rework this so that one could modify the LDAP schema
directly using LDAP syntax. In my case, I'm using Net::LDAP. Something
more like this:

Humm..
So default mime would remain "application/ogg", but "audio/ogg"
and "video/ogg" should be documented, right ?
It is also be possible to add new formats, which would be:
* SHOUT_FORMAT_OGG_AUDIO
* SHOUT_FORMAT_OGG_VIDEO
with the corresponding default mimes...

observations about delays
I've tried two imap clients (mahogany and Mozilla) and they both have strange
delays and weird failures. As a reminder, I am using mbox format mailboxes on
the server and client side filtering of messages from the inbox.
In both cases when the client fetches messages from the inbox and starts
redistributing them, CPU utilization on the imap server goes to around 40
percent for Mozilla

XML Question
I''ve got an XML file which is pretty well structured. I need to retrieve
specific elements from that file to fill out empty HTML elements on a page.
I think what I need is xPath? Or - is that overkill? Is there some easier
way to locate an XML element?
What I have in mind is pulling the XML file using Ajax, then xPath to get
the bits I need.
Am I on the right path and does

Recommended Best way to Upgrade/Update Xen
This might be a silly question for most, but since Xen is ever so
changing with regular changesets and updates, what is the "best
practice" way to upgrade / update or even downgrade Xen?
1.) Is it by booting into regular Linux Kernel without Xen, do a
complete uninstall of the old Xen, than install the newly compiled Xen?
2.) Is it by booting into regular Linux Kernel without Xen,
