Where to put csshover.htc in rails
I try to make a dropdown menu, it works fine in firefox, but not IE.
I found some CSS tutorials from Internet, and get an csshover.htc, which
works fine with static html page. However, I don''t know where to put it
and how to use it in my rails application.
Please help, any sample code or links will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Any android source client for icecast ?
...ished compiling an android version of our reshaped shine
encoder [1] there:
http://rastageeks.org/~toots/shine-android.tar.gz
In order to use it, you'll need to make /system read-write and copy
lib/libshine.so.1.0.0 to /system/lib/libshine.so.1 and bin/shineenc to
/system/bin.
On my low-end HTC, however, encoding is not real-time, which is a bit
disappointing:

Decoder performance on Windows Mobile 5
Hello,
I'm trying to use the speex decoder on Windows Mobile 5. I have compiled the debug version of the lib for WM5 PPC. I am running this test on an HTC TyTn phone.
I'm decoding 4Kbits narrowband speex audio. Each decode call takes a buffer of size 100 bytes.
The problem is that each decode call takes around 130ms to complete. This is too slow for the audio to play back if I stream the decoded audio to the WaveOut audio device.
If I run the...

SVM. How to use categorical attributes?

3 | buy,house,realty,london |..| 6
4 | where,to,go,weekend,cinema |..| 4

As you can see, words in the query are disordered and may occur in different queries. Total number of unique words for all queries is several thousands.

Speex realtime encoding/decoding "Real world" usage for Windows Mobile / Symbian device
hi all,
I can claim that our hotfoon service has run millions of mobile voip
minutes using speex on mobile and desktops. it works!
earlier you needed more powerful cpus (until the integer port),
however now the cpus are much faster and the code complexity is much
lower.
my only regret is of not being able to write some demo apps for speex
on win mob. I will surely deliver it in june to settle this
