I have an hp1220c printer setup on port 2 of a 3 port hp 500x print
server. There is also a hp6mp printer on port 1. I've added the hp6mp
printer to my client without problems. But when I attempt to add the
hp1220c I get a "could not connect to the printer" error message. If I
right click on the printer when browsing with "Add Printer Wizard" a

Nb of copies don't appear in page_log file
...s takes the
"1" value but the printer prints the correct number of copies. When I do
the same on Linux (with the lpr command), the number of copies appearing
in the log is correct.
When I take a look in the "error_log" file, I see the following line :
StartJob: argv = "hp6mp","30","ngomes","smbprn.00000069 test -
Bloc-notes","1","","/var/spool/cups/d00030-001"
That's for the document printed from Windows. And for the document
printed directly from Linux I see :
