Homes on different server...
...les. I have an LDAP master here and a LDAP slave
in each office. How can i tell samba that depending on the user, its
home is on a different server ? Can i use LDAP for that ? If it's
possible, how can i do that ? Should i use an other solution ? Trusted
domain instead ?
Thanks

Homes on differents servers...
...itch to the PDC.
I use "logon home", "logon path", "logon drive" and "logon script" in my
smb.conf and i'm trying to figure out how to modify my configuration.
I'm sure the solution is pretty simple but i'm still looking for it.

Samba Guide, SuSe and Yast
Hi,
I'm using SuSe Linux Enterprise Server 9.
I've setup a Samba/LDAP solution according to ch5 of the Samba Guide.
It's working - that's great :-)
Now I'd like to know if anyone tried to manage the users database using
tools provided by Yast.
Is there a risk to mess up everything ?
Did anyone try that before ?
Thanks for your help,
Olivier Thibaut.

I recently reformatted my hard disk on my MacBook Pro using a clean
install of Leopard (had Leopard before too but not from a clean
install). I had to reinstall R, and therefore installed the new
version 2.7.1 for Mac. In preparing some graphs, I noticed
