Gluster client mount fails in mid flight with signum 15
All four clients did run 3.10.2 as well The volumes has been running fine until we upgraded to 3.10, when we hit some issues with port mismatches. We restarted all the volumes, the servers and the clients and now hit this issue. We?ve since backed up the files, remove the volumes, removed the bricks, removed gluster, installed glusterfs 3.7.20, created new volumes on new bricks, restored the

Gluster client mount fails in mid flight with signum 15
This has been solved, as far as we can tell. Problem was with KillUserProcesses=1 in logind.conf. This has shown to kill mounts made using mount -a booth by root and by any user with sudo at session logout. Hope this will anybody else who run into this. Thanks 4 all your help and cheers Gabbe 1 juni 2017 kl. 09:24 skrev Gabriel Lindeborg <gabriel.lindeborg at

Horisontal line in xtable
...ardon the incorrect terminology of my previous post: "vertical line...). I have created a function that uses xtable to print table of frequencies and percentages with a heading and some sample information (the sample size and missing values). The function and example data is below. I want a horisontal line that separates the results from the sample information i.e. a horisontal line on the bottom of the line second from last example=data.frame(sample(c("A","B"),100,replace=TRUE)) label(example)="example" freq.table.v<-function(x){ y=as.data.frame(rbind(tabl...

Plotting only masked part of data
...e start of the next active region, I would prefer to get rid of those. Lineart: ------- _____ ____ / (1) \ / (3)\ / \ / \ / \ / \ \ / \ \_____/ (2) The problem is the horisontal lines shown as (1), (2) and (3) in the schematic figure above, I would like to get rid of those, i.e. retaining only four disconnected segments. I have started on a programming based solution, plotting one piece at a time, but it is *very* ugly! Is there a simple general solution to my problem?...

[Bug 17483] New: corrupted glyph pixmaps
...ouveau AssignedTo: nouveau at lists.freedesktop.org ReportedBy: drzeus-bugzilla at drzeus.cx QAContact: xorg-team at lists.x.org On my NVS 140M, glyphs sometimes get corrupted with stray extra pixels. Mostly it's just one here and one there, but a few got a continuous horisontal line. It is the actual glyph pixmap that gets corrupted as the same corruption can be seen everywhere that glyph is used. nouveau: 6dd8ad4... drm: cd7d71f... xorg: 1.5.0 -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: -----...

as.matrix and one row
Hi All, I have the following problem: x = c(1,2) x [1] 1 2 as.matrix(x) [,1] [1,] 1 [2,] 2 BUT, if I add: y = c(3,4) as.matrix(rbind(x,y)) [,1] [,2] x 1 2 y 3 4 It does not transpose. Since I will need as.matrix() for a list of data that is in one or more lines, I need as.matrix to behave in a consisten fashions, so I get as.matrix(x, whatever) [,1] [,2] x 1

Bland Altman plot (was: paste ?)
Dear all, sorry for this perhaps stupid question, but it concerns my recent problem as well as the current thread on B-A plot. I would like to plot something like x+y vs. x-y or mean(x,y) vs difference (x,y), but my "variables" x,y are actually pairs of replicates (two observed values of a growth rate by 60 clones). So the order x,y does not matter and each x,y pair can be arranged

plots: screwed up aspect ratio
This is a new problem: Old versions of R worked fine. I am not sure when it got broken. I am posting here instead of bugs in case this is not a true bug. New vanilla plots (I mean I don't fool around with par() etc) are screwed up in several ways: - the tick marks are twice as long as they should be - the gap between the end of the tick and the top of the numerical labels is twice as big as

memory issues
Hi all, I've read the R for windows FAQ and am a little confused re: memory.limit and memory.size to start using R 2.6.2 on WinXP, 2GB RAM, I have the command line "sdi --max-mem-size=2047M" Once the Rgui is open, memory.limit() returns 2047, memory.size() returns 11.315, and memory.size(max=T) returns 19.615 Shouldn't memory.size(max=T) return 2047? Upon running several
