Hola! Estoy empezando con R y tengo que analizar una base de datos sobre COVID. Una de las columnas recoge si los casos son de hombres o de mujeres y no sé cómo transformarlo en una columna que solo sume los casos totales, independientemente de si son hombres o mujeres (pero sí me interesa diferenciarlos por día y municipio, como ya aparecen).
