Winbind syslog errors and Domain Local Groups
...g wbinfo -n <localgroup> comes back with a SID: $ wbinfo -n dnsadmins <munged-SID> Local Group (4) This SID is trackable back to a gid: $ sudo wbinfo --sid-to-gid <munged-SID> 11105 Why, then, are these groups not actually getting populated? Can anyone shed some light on this? -HKS

Annoying Mouse Tricks
Hi All, Something that just has been annoying the daylights out of me for the past 9 months with no resolution in site. I've got a Hawking HKS 104 4 port KVM connecting my Linux workstation, 2 servers, and my wife's windows workstation to one monitor, mouse, and keyboard. No matter how I toggle back and forth whether by keyboard or directly on the device once I come back to the linux desktop scroll wheel on mouse no longer functions....

Hello list. I'm trying to rebuild the 2.6.9.67.0.20.EL kernel, but it fails even without modifications. How did I try it?
