Strange variable chopping from AGI's
...ppropriate use of AGI's, inappropriate use of
Time::HiRes, or a bug with *:
I call this script twice:
#!/usr/bin/perl
use Time::HiRes qw( gettimeofday );
($seconds, $microseconds) = gettimeofday;
$hirestime = sprintf("%s","$seconds$microseconds");
print "SET VARIABLE HIRESTIMESTAMP $hirestime\n";
I run this script twice, once before a bunch of stuff, and once
after, in order to perform a crude version of time measurement.
However, the script sometimes (1 out of 20? 40?) will return with
fewer digits in the output of the AGI, which means that when I do my

Hello, I'v to migrate one file server (old samba 3) to a new file samba 4,
I thought I could use the parameters netbios aliases = oldsamba but it
doesn't work, trying to access the share, with the old names, the
credentials popup appears and the log show:
gss_accept_sec_context failed with [ Miscellaneous failure (see text):
Failed to find cifs/oldsamba3 at lan.corp(kvno 107) in keytab

Client station file permission behavior changes after a week or so
Sorry, but I didn't really know how to word this.
I have Univention Corporate server running as AD DC, with a UCS running
as a member fileserver.
One win10 client has file permission issues after lack of reboot or
logout/login
in roughly a weeks time. Symptom = can't write to shares even though
permissions
are correct. Sometimes files are created without honoring default ACL.
