Need for advise for Correspondence Analysis
Dear R users,
I m quite a novice in using R for factor analysis and I would need some help to choose the right function.
I have a contingency table and I would like to perform a Correspondence analysis on this table, followed by a hirarchical clustering of my variables projected in on the first principal components.
Here are my question :
- what is the more appropriate function to do so ... I already tried by using the function 'corresp' in the MASS package
- it seems to work ... but how is it possible to get all the informat...

bifurcation countings in a cluster dendrogram
Dear R helpers,
I am quite new working with R, and that might be a very easy question for
some of you. So I hope you can help me!! I used a hirarchical cluster
analysis to create dendrograms, like that:
hc <- hclust(dist(USArrests), "ave")

ENMCA in EnQuireR problems!
Hello,
I am a post-doc of the Federal University of Santa Catarina State
(UFSC). Last year, used EnQuireR for hirarchical cluster analisis and
end up very well. I formated my computer couple months ago and
installed R again as
version x64 3.0.2. have new data which ENMCA function of EnQuireR
package is not running.
R seems to be fine as it runs funcions of other packages. Even MCA
fuction of EnQuireR is worki...
