I would like to ask you which text editor do you use in Linux and how did
you setup the syntax highlightning?
one more question is it possible to debug any program in R by inserting
breakpoints?

Tinn-R (Version 2.2.0.2) dose not support R 2.9.0 very well

You write a simple HTML code via WYSIWYG editor and then re-parse it
again with Rails-aCMS-orAnythingElse.
Probably the best solution for the code highlightning is Coderay

Linux equivalent to windows menus and script window
R 2.5 under windows XP

I currently use R under windows and when I do so, I get to work in a nice windows environment complete with a very useful menu bar that includes a FILE, EDIT, MISC, PACKAGE, WINDOWS, and HELP menus. I have begun to use R under LINUX. When I run under windows, I get a standard terminal window, but I don't get the menus specific to R. Under windows

best text editor for Linux?
Hi all,
I know this question has been asked in the past, but I am wondering if
anyone running R on Linux has any guidance as to a text editor that works
well with R. At the present time I am running R on Windows and using
TINN-R. For a number of reasons I want to switch to Linux, but can't find
much in the way of a text editor in sync with R. Any experiences,
recommendations would be
