For permanently disabling hibernation:
(3) Use: powercfg /hibernate off
(4) Use: reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Power" /v HiberbootEnabled /t REG_DWORD /d "0" /f
(3) & (4) might be equivalent, I'm not very clear and don't have a
convenient way to test right now.
