unserializing hash with unquoted strings
...48744126") while in rails 4 this became integer
(669507912510151776148744126 - with underscore discarded). I notice that in
rails 4 such value would be saved quoted as well. This is all fine and good
but how do I convert existing values in MySQL in to quoted strings so that
rails 4 will be heppy with the data?
