...S on PDC. this was working before upgrading. I have noticed a few posts regarding this problem, but no responses apart from one stating NOT to use winbind on PDC. We have moved it but still the same result. I'm busy downgrading to 2.0.14 to see if this will help for now. ...I do a hex dump of the file on Unix I can see the 0d 0a at the end of each line and the same on the Windows side but when I open the file with Notepad I get one line "I am testing samba" I am sure there must be a setting somewhere in the Samba configuration - can someone please help... Hentie
