Permission issues with subscriptions

simple menu limitations
I am using the following simple menu and have noticed that items at the bottom are dropping off. I seem to be limited to 12 items. Hello list. I'm trying to rebuild the 2.6.9.67.0.20.EL kernel, but it fails even without modifications. How did I try it?
