merging multiple columns from two dataframes
Hello, I have data in a dataframe with 139104 rows which is multiple of 96x1449. i have a phenotype file which contains the phenotype information for the 96 samples. the snp name is repeated 1449X96 samples. smbspool and cups on Centos5
...d page manually with smbspool works, cups returns "Unable to connect to CIFS host, will retry in 60 seconds..." I read an older post here: http://www.mail-archive.com/samba@lists.samba.org/msg79444.html but 3.0.24 gave the same results. I have had this working with other distros, but a haveto migrate everything to Centos5. I've tried samba versions from samba-3.0.23c to samba-3.0.25b on Centos5, cups-1.2.4 Thanks! -jim

Issue installing Centos server on Vmware Fusion/Server
Hi All, I've had issues over the last few days trying to create a Centos server image . I've tried with Vmware fusion and Vmware server and it skips directly to the default desktop install and doesn't give me the option to run the linux server. I am not sure if you've seen this earlier. I've tried with Centos 5.8 and 6.0 but the installer seems to work in that manner .

Warning of protential probs with 2.6.9-42.0.3.EL update
Not sure yet what or where the problems are but having just done a jum update on my HP laptop (nw8240) and my IBM desktop from 2.6.9.42.0.2.EL the laptop is locking up during boot sequence and the desktop when running VMware Workstation seems to take all CPU and makes strange noises from the loudspeaker. Using grub to fall back to last kernel all is ok again !!. Ian -------------- next part
