Here is a small patch to enable speex streams to be timed when being sent by libshout (I hope attachments can make it). There is also a fix for the defining of HAVE_THEORA. The speex.c file goes into the src directory. I've tested with 8KHz and 16KHz files from 11 seconds to 180 minutes.
