Failover DC did not work when Main DC failed
...is -- (I just did this on one of my DC's):
* Switch a Windows Client to DC4
* Verify with "nltest /dsgetdc:<domain>" and "nltest /sc_query:<domain>"
C:\WINDOWS\system32>nltest /Server:<mycomputer> /sc_query:<shortdomainname>
> Flags: 30 HAS_IP HAS_TIMESERV
> Trusted DC Name \\<DC4>.<mydomain.com>
> Trusted DC Connection Status Status = 0 0x0 NERR_Success
> The command completed successfully
