using Scheirer-Ray-Hare in R?
Does anyone know if a module already exists to run the Scheirer-Ray-Hare extension to Kruskal-Wallis in R, in order to run a non-parametric equivalent to a two-way ANOVA? -- View this message in context: http://r.789695.n4.nabble.com/using-Scheirer-Ray-Hare-in-R-tp3594480p3594480.html Sent from the R help mailing list archive at Nabble.com.

Scheirer-Ray-Hare
Hello to all the people in the forum, I'm trying to perform a Scheirer-Ray-Hare test in R, and despite I've found some posts talking about this test, there no one in which I can found how to do so. Can anyone explain me how to do the test? Thanks Pablo -- View this message in context: http://r.789695.n4.nabble.com/Scheirer-Ray-Hare-tp3818476p3818476.html Sent from the...

Scheire-Ray-Hare extension to Kruskal-Wallis
Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to do the "Scheirer-Ray-Hare" extension of the Kruskal-Wallis test using R, or if it was possible to use some other non-parametric test for the following situation: I have continuous data that is grouped by 2 factor variables. I would like a non-parametric test because the group variances are not equal. I would like to...

scheirer-ray-hare extention
Apparently the Scheirer-Ray-Hare extention for the Kruskal-Wallis test is too weak for estimating interaction effects in more than twoway design matrices isn't it? If so, why is it? TIA [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

newbie problems
Hello all-- I am trying to get a tunnel up between a RedHat 9 (hare) machine and a Suse 9 machine (turtle). tinc-1.0.2 compiled fine on each (although I have tried this with the precompiled binary just in case). No matter what I seem to do, I can't get any output whatsoever. No log output with -d5 -D, no /var/log/messages output, nothing at all. tincd j...
