...however I believe these were only needed for compiling. Yes they are both in the Repository.

If your using HardyHeron - u can follow the directions here: http://www.winehq.org/site/download-deb to install the official HardyHeron one for Ubuntu.

ISOLINUX versions 3.36 and 3.53 can't boot VIA EPIA CL Motherboard, version 3.31 can

I get error message on my PC:
This is the CD boot loader we're talking about here not kubuntu itself
